Job summary

AmeriCare Plus seeks compassionate CNAs, NAs, and PCAs for in-home personal care across Virginia. Join a trusted team delivering high-quality, person-centered support in clients' homes with flexible FT/PT/PRN schedules and weekly pay.

Caregivers provide basic hygiene, mobility aid, meal support, medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, and health monitoring. Training, PPE, and ongoing development are offered.

Qualifications

• CNA, NA, or PCA certification required; PCA training available online.
• Reliable transportation and Virginia driver's license.
• SS card and two professional references.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior.
