Job summary

AmeriCare Plus in Virginia seeks compassionate CNAs, NAs and PCAs to provide in-home personal care. You will assist with daily activities, mobility, meals, and medications, while offering companionship and monitoring health in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• CNA/NA/PCA certification required; PCA training provided
• Reliable transportation and Virginia driver's license
• SS card and 2 professional references

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing
• Support mobility and transfers (bed to wheelchair)
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding
• Provide medication reminders
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior
