Job summary

AmeriCare Plus is seeking compassionate CNAs, NAs and PCAs to provide in-home personal care to clients in Virginia. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor health, and support families in maintaining independence at home.

Qualifications

• CNA, NA, or PCA certification required.
• Virginia driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• SS card and 2 professional references.
• Compassionate, patient and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior.
