Job summary

AmeriCare Plus is seeking compassionate CNAs, NAs or PCAs to provide in-home personal care in Virginia. Join a trusted agency delivering one-on-one support in clients' homes.

You will assist with daily living, hygiene, mobility, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping and companionship. We offer flexible FT/PT/PRN schedules, weekly pay, benefits for full-time staff, PPE provided, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• CNA, NA, or PCA certification required or online training provided for PCA.
• Reliable transportation and Virginia driver’s license.
• SS card and 2 professional references.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior.
