Job summary

AmeriCare Plus is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Nursing Assistants (NA), and Personal Care Aides (PCA) for in-home personal care in Lynchburg, VA. Flexible schedules include Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN to meet client needs.

Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, mobility, meals, medication reminders, companionship, and light housekeeping, with weekly pay and benefits for FT roles. Valid VA driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Certified CNA/NA/PCA required.
• Virginia driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• SS card and 2 professional references.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior.
