AmeriCare Plus is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Nursing Assistants (NA), and Personal Care Aides (PCA) to provide in-home personal care to clients in Virginia. Join a team that emphasizes high-quality, compassionate support in the comfort of clients' homes.

We offer flexible schedules (FT/PT/PRN), weekly pay (up to 40 hours), and opportunities for ongoing PCA training, with PPE provided.

Qualifications

• CNA, NA, or PCA certification required; PCA option includes online training.
• Reliable transportation and Virginia driver’s license required.
• SS card and 2 professional references requested.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable demeanor essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders and monitoring.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
