Job summary

AmeriCare Plus is seeking compassionate CNAs, NAs, and PCAs to provide in-home personal care across Virginia. Join a team delivering high-quality, patient-centered support in clients' homes, with flexible schedules and reliable pay.

Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, mobility, meals, medications reminders, companionship, and light housekeeping while reporting health changes to supervisors. CNA/NA/PCA certification and a Virginia license are required.

Qualifications

• CNA, NA, or PCA certification is required.
• Valid Virginia driver's license and SS card with 2 professional references.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing.
• Support mobility and transfers (bed to wheelchair).
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
