Always Best Care Chicagoland is recruiting compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical home care in Westmont, IL. Our team supports seniors to stay safe and independent at home, with paid training and flexible hours across DuPage, Will and Cook counties.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of home care experience.
• Must follow health and safety standards.
• Housekeeping and cooking with dietary awareness.
• Respectful, compassionate bedside manner.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Driver license required.
• Must be able to work in the USA.
• Very reliable and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Medication reminders.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility.
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients with physical therapy and exercises.
• Run errands or accompany clients to shop.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report any incidents to Care Coordinator.
• Act quickly in emergencies.
• Follow the Care plan.
