Always Best Care Chicagoland is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and independent at home in Burr Ridge, IL. We offer pay from $19 to $20 per hour, paid training, and flexible hours in a client-centered team.

Responsibilities include medication reminders, mobility assistance, personal care, light housekeeping, and accompanying clients to appointments. Prior experience preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of home care experience.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Knowledge of housekeeping and cooking with dietary awareness.
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner.
• Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Medication reminders for clients.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around home or during outings.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Support physical therapy and prescribed exercises.
• Run errands or accompany clients shopping as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report incidents to the Care Coordinator and act in emergencies.
