Always Best Care Chicagoland is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors at home in Wheaton, IL. Join a team dedicated to safety, independence, and high-quality care, with flexible full-time or part-time schedules and paid training.

Responsibilities include medication reminders, mobility assistance, personal care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and following each client's care plan. Requirements: 1+ year home care experience, valid driver's license, and ability to work in the USA.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience of 1+ year required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Driver's license is required.

Responsabilités

• Provide medication reminders and monitor client health needs.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the home.
• Support personal care and hygiene tasks with compassion.
• Help clients complete prescribed exercises and physical therapy.
• Run errands or accompany clients to appointments and outings.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
• Report unusual incidents to the care coordinator promptly.
• Follow the established care plan and safety protocols.
