Qualifications

• 1+ year home care experience required.
• Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Demonstrated compassion and strong bedside manner.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Support clients with exercise and physical therapy activities.
• Run errands or accompany clients on shopping trips.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Report incidents to Care Coordinator and follow care plans.
