Always Best Care Chicagoland is seeking compassionate caregivers to help our senior clients stay safe and independent at home. We offer paid training, weekly pay, flexible hours, direct deposit, and mileage reimbursement between client visits.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of home care experience, a valid driver’s license, and a strong commitment to quality care. We welcome full-time or part-time applicants in Bloomingdale, IL and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of home care experience.
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
• Knowledge of housekeeping and cooking with dietary awareness.
• Must be respectful and compassionate with a good bedside manner.
• Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work in the USA.
• Very reliable.
• Must be willing to work full-time or part-time.

Responsabilités

• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walks, etc.).
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene.
• Help clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercises.
• Do the client’s shopping or accompany them when they shop if needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can’t complete on their own, including preparing meals.
• Report any unusual incidents to our Care Coordinator.
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
• Follow the Care plan.
