Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Tennessee is seeking experienced, dependable caregivers to join a growing team. You will provide in-home care that keeps clients safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, serving private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES participants.

Whether you want extra hours or a consistent schedule, we offer full-time and part-time opportunities with weekly pay, benefits after initial periods, and ongoing support from a friendly office and scheduling team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
