Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee and is seeking experienced, dependable caregivers to join a growing team. We provide personalized in-home care to keep clients safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

We serve private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES programs. Eligible caregivers can work full-time or part-time with weekly pay and growth opportunities as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow client care plans and instructions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines
• Following individualized client care plans
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member
