Job summary

All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking Certified Caregivers to serve clients across WA including Tumwater, Olympia, Lacey, Yakima, and Yelm. Earn USD 23.79–27.53 per hour with daily pay options and a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities include personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication assistance, and transportation support in the client’s home. Qualifications include HCA/CNA license and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually).
• Must meet background check requirements.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal caregiving services in the client’s home.
• Assists with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Supports personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients.
• Prepares meals and assists with special diets.
• Performs general housekeeping and household tasks.
• Provides companionship and emotional support.
• Assists with transportation to appointments, errands, and activities.
• Administers medications as delegated by state regulations.
• Maintains accurate communication with the care team.
• Other duties as assigned.
