All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support to clients in WA. You will assist with daily living activities, meal prep, mobility, and medication administration as allowed by state regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Current HCA or CNA license required (renewed annually).
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal caregiving services in the client's home.
• Assists with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Supports personal needs, comfort, and safety of clients.
• Prepares meals and assists with special diets.
• Performs general housekeeping and homemaking tasks.
• Provides compassionate companionship and emotional support.
• Assists with transportation to appointments and activities.
• Administers medications as delegated by state regulations when allowed.
