Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is hiring compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes across Tumwater, Olympia, Yelm and surrounding areas. Earn $22.25–$22.75 per hour plus paid training and mileage reimbursement; flexible shifts near your preferred area; HCA training available while you work.

Caregivers provide daily living support, transportation, meal prep, light housekeeping and companionship. We welcome certified HCAs/CNAs and those willing to learn and grow with our team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift 10–50 lbs.
• Must own a smartphone capable of downloading and using a mobile app.
• Ability to pass a state and national background check.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Willingness to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing and grooming.
• Provide companionship and accompany clients to store runs or appointments.
• Perform household chores, meal prep and light housekeeping tasks.
• Monitor client condition and report changes to supervisors.
• Transport clients in personal or company vehicles as needed.
