Senior Solutions Home Care is hiring Caregivers in Dickson County, TN. Join a company committed to helping seniors and individuals with disabilities live safely at home with a flexible schedule and supportive leadership.

We offer training, paid travel time, weekly pay, and opportunities for growth. Shifts vary from 2 to 12 hours across full-time, part-time, and PRN roles, with travel up to 30 miles.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID.
• Second form of identification for employment eligibility.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Work history inclusive of a continuous description of activities during the past five years.
• At least three references, with one known for at least five years.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversations to clients.
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders and mobility assistance.
• Transportation and errands as needed.
• Support clients to maintain independence at home.
