Senior Solutions Home Care in Henry County, TN is hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Caregivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one in-home care for seniors and individuals with IDD. You’ll schedule around client needs, travel up to 30 miles, and earn base pay plus premiums for night shifts and CNA certifications.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license or state-issued ID.
• Second form of identification for employment eligibility.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversations.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Transport and run errands as needed.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful support to maintain client dignity.
