Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking caring caregivers in Dickson County, TN. You will help clients stay safe, comfortable and independent at home with one-on-one care, including companionship, personal care, meals and light housekeeping.

Qualifications

• Valid driver27s license or state-issued ID.
• Second form of identification for employment eligibility.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone for scheduling, time tracking and communication.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Work history inclusive of a continuous description of activities during the past five years.
• At least three references, with one known the employee for at least five years and emails.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful conversations to clients.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility and daily living activities (ADLs).
• Provide transportation and run errands as needed.
• Deliver compassionate, respectful support that protects client dignity.
