Job summary

AAA Advantage Home Care is seeking in-home caregivers to support clients in Romulus, MI and surrounding areas. You can continue caring for a loved one while earning for your work. Pay starts at $17.50 per hour with no prior certification or experience required.

This is an in-person, home-based role in Romulus, MI offering flexible scheduling and biweekly pay. Benefits include access to caregiving resources and training to help you provide the best possible support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (caregiving training or certification is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient personality.
• Understanding of caregiving challenges, both physical and emotional.

Responsibilities

• Help your loved one with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and using the restroom.
• Prepare nourishing meals and offer feeding assistance when necessary.
• Keep their living space clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Be a steady source of companionship and emotional encouragement.
• Notice and share any changes in their health or mood with healthcare professionals.
• Work together with other family members and care providers to ensure they receive the best possible support.
