Legacy Home Care in the Twin Cities area is seeking a Home Health Aide (CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, ILS) to provide in-home care with autonomy and compassion. You will drive to clients’ homes and spend several hours delivering essential personal care and support to promote independence.

Ideal candidates are 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Part-time daytime schedules are available, with generous bonuses and benefits including PTO and insurance

Qualificações

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid documentation to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Willing to travel up to 35 miles from home to clients’ homes.
• 1+ year of caregiving experience (CNA certification is a plus).
• Ability to pass a caregiving knowledge quiz.
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week, including 1 weekend shift per month.

Responsabilidades

• Drive to clients' homes, spending at least 2 hours with each client.
• Build strong rapport with older adult clients through regular visits.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and daily living activities.
• Help maintain household cleanliness and provide hands-on care like transfers and therapeutic exercises.
