Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow the care plan developed with RN, client, and family.
• Assist with ambulation, personal hygiene, feeding, and dressing.
• Provide companionship and social interaction to keep client engaged.
• Transport clients to medical facilities, errands, and outings as planned.
• Maintain client's safety, report incidents to supervisor.
