Job summary

A Gentle Touch Home Care Las Vegas is seeking experienced caregivers (PCA) to provide nonmedical in-home support for clients in Indian Springs, NV. This part-time role requires open availability and a compassionate, professional approach to assist clients living in private homes.

Caregivers follow a client-specific care plan, support activities of daily living, offer companionship, perform light housekeeping, meal planning, and accompany clients to appointments.

Responsibilities

• The Caregiver provides nonmedical in-home care based on the client care plan developed by the RN, client, and family.
• Assists with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living as needed.
• Maintains client safety, reports incidents to the Supervisor, and follows the written care plan.
• Provides companionship, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, and errands as required.
• Transports clients for appointments, accompanies to medical facilities and documents care per policy.
