Job summary

Innovative Care Services is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for part-time shifts. You will provide daily living support in clients’ homes, assist with personal care, help with meals and housekeeping, and accompany clients to appointments. A valid driver's license is required, and paid training is provided.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old or older
• A valid driver's license with acceptable driving record is required
• Caregiver experience is a plus, but not required—comprehensive paid training provided

Responsibilities

• Provide essential daily living support to clients in their homes
• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, toileting, etc.)
• Help with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean living environment
• Commute to client homes and transport and accompany clients to doctor appointments
• Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation
