Job summary

Right At Home – Grove City, OH is seeking compassionate caregivers for dayshift positions to provide non-medical in-home care and companionship to seniors and adults with disabilities. You’ll help clients maintain independence by assisting with daily living activities while delivering respectful, personalized care.

We offer starting pay at $15.00 per hour, flexible scheduling (full-time & part-time), paid training, and weekly pay as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

Compassionate and dependable caregiver with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with transfers when necessary.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility/transfers.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes.
Provide medication reminders (no administration).
Escort clients to appointments and errands.
Monitor and report changes in a client's condition.
Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
Follow company policies, HIPAA regulations, and client care plans.
Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
