Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is expanding across Tennessee and seeks experienced caregivers to join our growing team. We provide personalized in-home care to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, serving private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES program clients.

We offer flexible hours—full-time and part-time—along with weekly pay, 30-day PTO accrual, and opportunities for growth as our company expands across the state.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Follow individualized client care plans.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Report changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
