Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee and seeking experienced caregivers to join our in-home care team. We provide care that helps clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, serving private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES participants.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
