Stand Out Home Care in Tennessee is expanding and seeking experienced, dependable caregivers to join our growing team. We provide personalized in-home care, helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, including VA and CHOICES clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member
