Job summary

Avenues Home Care of Tennessee is seeking an At Home Caregiver to support elderly and vulnerable clients in Sevierville and surrounding areas. You will perform ADLs, companion activities, and light housekeeping per each client's plan of care.

Join a team that emphasizes safety, reliability and compassionate service. Valid CNA license or caregiver experience preferred; CPR/First Aid preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform ADLs and mobility tasks per client plan of care.
• Good communication skills with clients, families and supervisors.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as outlined in the plan of care.
• Help with medication assistance, housekeeping, laundry, meals, shopping and transportation.
• Report daily activities to supervisor through the agency system and logs.
• Maintain safety and HIPAA compliance while delivering care.
