Job summary

Avenues Home Care of Tennessee is seeking an At Home Caregiver to assist elderly and disabled clients with daily living activities, medication support, and companionship. You will follow each client's plan of care and report activities to your supervisor.

The role offers multiple shift options (Full Time, Part Time, 8–12 hour shifts, PRN) with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, plus daily pay and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to communicate effectively with clients and supervisors.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written assignments.
• CNA license or equivalent caregiver experience preferred; CPR/First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with ADLs as defined in care plan.
• Provide medication assistance and homemaking tasks.
• Perform transportation, shopping, meal prep and companionship as needed.
• Report daily activity to supervisor using agency system and logs.
