Job summary

Avenues Home Care of Tennessee is hiring an In Home Senior Care Assistant to provide compassionate care for elderly, disabled, and vulnerable clients across the Northeast Tennessee area. You will assist with daily living activities, medication reminders, meal prep, and transportation while maintaining client dignity and safety.

The role requires reliability, strong communication, and adherence to care plans.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and ability to follow verbal and written assignments.
• Maintain established work schedule and reliability.
• Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality with client information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) per client plan of care.
• Assist with medication assistance, housekeeping, laundry, meals, shopping, transportation, companionship.
• Report daily activity to supervisor using agency system and logs.
• Adhere to safety rules and company policies.
