Flat Irons Flex Care in Colorado is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care, companionship, and daily assistance that enhances quality of life for clients in their own homes.

You will support activities of daily living, medication reminders when needed, light housekeeping, meal prep, and report changes to the care team; flexible scheduling includes part-time and full-time roles, with weekly pay coming soon.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and empathetic attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the caregiving field.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient-centered home care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with management as directed.
• Offer companionship and activities that encourage social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other tasks.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
