Flat Irons Flex Care in Colorado seeks caring caregivers to provide personalized in-home assistance, companionship, and daily living support, helping clients maintain independence and dignity. You will work closely with clients to tailor care to their preferences and safety needs.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Compassionate and dependable caregiving attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed
• Offer companionship, conversation, and activities that encourage social interaction and mental stimulation
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor
