Flat Irons Flex Care in Colorado is seeking caring, reliable caregivers to provide in-home support and personal care for clients. You will deliver companionship, daily living assistance, meal preparation, and medication reminders while promoting independence and dignity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to each client’s needs.
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Prepare meals and snacks as needed.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and activities that encourage social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Perform light housekeeping, errands, and other supportive tasks.
• Report changes or concerns to the care coordinator or supervisor.
