Job summary

Paylocity is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide essential in-home support, boosting independence and safety for clients in their own homes. You will deliver personalized care, assist with daily activities, and coordinate with family and staff to ensure comfort and dignity.

Responsibilities include personal care, medication reminders, mobility support, meal prep, companionship, light housekeeping, and transportation.

Qualifications

Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
Willingness to transport clients.
Experience in senior care or related fields.
CPR certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) with dignity and privacy.
Remind clients to take medications on time.
Assist with mobility and transfers using aids.
Offer companionship to promote social engagement and wellbeing.
Plan and prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs.
Assist with light housekeeping and creating a safe home environment.
Accompany clients to appointments and activities.
Maintain open communication with office staff regarding client status and scheduling.
Document daily activities and observations in client records.
Recognize emergencies and follow safety protocols.
Demonstrate professionalism and punctuality in all interactions.
