Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Caregiver to provide essential in-home support under clinical supervision. The role involves ADL/IADL assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, with duties tailored to each client’s care plan and physician orders.

Responsibilities include safe transfers, basic therapy support, medication reminders (no administration), and strict adherence to HIPAA. A non-exempt, hourly schedule is typical, with bilingual skills seen as an asset.

Qualifications

• Current certification/registration with the Licensing Board or Department in state of practice.
• CPR certification preferred and may be required for some clients.
• Bi-lingual – English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL/IADL support per physician's plan of care and client care plan.
• Assist with personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
• Support meal planning, preparation, and light housekeeping as needed.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and therapy exercises under supervision.
• Document shift details and services accurately within time parameters.
• Maintain safety, privacy, and HIPAA compliance; accompany clients to appointments.
