You will assist with ADLs, promote safety and dignity, and document care in line with agency policies. We value compassion, dependability, and professionalism; you\u2019ll provide companionship, mobility assistance, and follow care plans while adhering to state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proof of High School Diploma or GED — Required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of in-home care experience.
• Current CNA certification (State of Georgia) or PCA certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current First Aid certification.
• Active TB/PPD clearance.
• Valid Driver’s License or State ID

Responsibilities

• Assist people with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Toileting, Feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands.
• Follow individualized care plans and all safety protocols.
• Deliver companionship and emotional support.
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers.
• Provide medication reminders (no skilled nursing tasks).
• Accurately document services provided and report any changes in client condition.
