Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of one year in-home care experience.
• Current CNA or PCA certification (State of Georgia).
• Current CPR certification and First Aid certification.
• Active TB/PPD clearance is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or State ID is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands.
• Follow individualized care plans and safety protocols.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers; provide medication reminders (no skilled nursing tasks).
• Accurately document services and report changes in client condition.
