Thrive USA Home Care Services in the DC metro area seeks a compassionate Home Health Aide / CNA to support veterans and families across Maryland, DC, Florida, and Tennessee in in‑home settings. This in‑person role emphasizes safety, dignity, and promoting independence through personalized care.

You will assist with ADLs, monitor health, help with medications, prepare meals, assist transfers with proper equipment, keep environments clean and safe, and provide transportation for appointments.

Qualifications

• Dementia, memory care, and hospice care knowledge.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely with proper technique.
• Strong communication for care plan documentation and interactions.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certifications.

Responsabilités

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene.
• Monitor health status and report changes promptly.
• Support medication administration following care plans and HIPAA regulations.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist with eating when needed.
• Facilitate safe patient transfers using proper techniques and equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment for clients.
• Provide transportation assistance for appointments and errands.
