Right at Home in Jacksonville, FL is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor health needs, and support families in a positive, professional environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months CNA experience in health care (in homes or facilities).
• Completed CNA competency evaluation per state licensing.
• Sympathetic attitude toward care and ability to handle job demands.
• Current CPR certificate is recommended.
• Read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (hygiene, ambulation, eating, dressing, toileting).
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Follow nurse instructions and support devices (cane, walker, wheelchair).
• Take vital signs and monitor intake/output.
• Assist with ostomy care and dressing changes as needed.
• Perform duties taught by a nurse for specific patients.
