Visiting Angels of Central Maryland is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to provide one-on-one support for seniors in clients' homes across the Columbia area and surrounding communities.

Starting pay is $18 per hour with overtime opportunities and short shifts up to $25 per hour. We offer CNA I/II or relevant personal caregiving experience, plus benefits like tuition reimbursement, same-day pay, and a supportive team.

Qualificações

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 6+ months professional caregiving experience or family caregiver experience or active CNA I/II certification.
• Valid driver’s license and insured personal vehicle (in most areas).
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current negative TB test results.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, meal prep, medication reminders, laundry, and light housekeeping).
• Provide companionship and meaningful, respectful conversation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Demonstrate kindness, professionalism, and reliability on every shift.
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and agency staff.
