Job summary

Amada Senior Care Bensalem, PA, is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home nonmedical care across Lower Bucks County and Northeast Philadelphia. You will support older adults to stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes, while giving families confidence and peace of mind.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour with increases to $17.00 per hour after milestone hours. Weekly pay every Friday and flexible client assignments help fit your schedule and goals.

Qualifications

• Two years of verifiable caregiving experience.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks and health screening.
• Access to a smartphone for clocking in via the company mobile app.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage clients with meaningful social interaction.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care per care plan.
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping, laundry, and organization.
• Provide medication reminders; do not administer medications unless qualified.
• Assist with mobility and fall-prevention as trained.
• Provide transportation or run errands when authorized and eligible.
• Observe and report changes in client condition and safety concerns.
• Document time and services accurately per the care plan.
