Job summary

Family & Nursing Care is hiring caregivers to support older adults in Eastern Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester and Delaware Counties. You will build meaningful relationships, treat clients with dignity, and contribute to safe, independent living at home.

We offer competitive pay ($19/hour) and a range of benefits as part of a dedicated home care team that values and supports its caregivers.

Qualifications

• 1 year hands-on caregiving experience within the last three years with older adults.
• Current PA CNA License/HHA Certification preferred but not required.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States; US resident; government ID and TB clearance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home caregiving to help older adults live safely and independently at home.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and provide compassionate, respectful care.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed and communicate with families and supervisors.
