Job summary

Family & Nursing Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care for older adults in Eastern Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, and Delaware counties. We welcome both experienced caregivers and those who are passionate about helping seniors maintain independence.

Pay is $19 per hour with benefits eligibility. We offer flexible scheduling, paid orientation, overtime, and insurance options, along with training and on-call support to help

Qualifications

1 year hands-on Caregiving experience within the last three years with older adults.
Current PA CNA License/HHA Certification preferred but not required.
Must be a resident of the United States.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
Government-issued picture ID.
Current TB clearance.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one care for older adults in clients' homes.
Help clients maintain independence and safety at home.
Deliver compassionate, professional in-home care and companionship.
