Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on caregiving experience in home care settings is highly preferred.
• Experience with high-fall-risk clients is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living per the client’s care plan.
• Provide safe, hands-on transfer support using approved equipment.
• Maintain fall prevention and safety monitoring throughout shifts.
• Engage client in meaningful companionship and daily routines.
