Job summary

ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate caregivers to work 1:1 with our recipients in clients' homes, supporting and encouraging skill-building activities. You will also bring recipients into the community to help grow personal goals outside of the home environment.

We serve the Southeast Michigan community and have full- and part-time positions available with paid training, flexible schedules and weekly pay. A virtual interview process and additional benefit opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities
