Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes, supporting, encouraging and helping with skill-building activities. You will also bring recipients into the community to help grow and strengthen personal goals outside of their home environment.

We serve the Southeast Michigan area with full and part-time positions available. Paid training, flexible schedule, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process are offered to support our team.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home caregiving to recipients.
• Support, encourage and assist with skill-building activities.
• Accompany recipients into the community to pursue personal goals.
