Job summary

ExpertCare in Southeast Michigan is seeking reliable Caregivers to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes across the Southeast Michigan area. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities and help bring recipients into the community to grow personal goals.

We offer paid training, a flexible schedule and weekly pay. Full- and part-time positions are available, and a virtual interview process simplifies applying.

Qualifications

• Experience in home care or caregiving preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care in clients' homes.
• Assist with activities of daily living and skill-building.
• Encourage independence and community participation.
• Document updates and report to supervisor.
