Job summary
A Place at Home – Encinitas is hiring In-Home Caregivers to provide one-on-one care to seniors and adults with disabilities across North County San Diego, including Vista, Escondido, and Oceanside. You’ll travel to client homes within a 45-minute radius and support daily living activities with compassion and professionalism.
This role offers part-time or full-time schedules, weekday/weekend options, and a path to leadership through our care management track.
Qualifications
- Dependable and punctual with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to drive to client homes within a 45 minute radius.
- Pass drug screen, background check, and employment verification.
- Caregiver license or certification: CNA, HHA, or MA if applicable.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care, companionship, and support for seniors and adults with disabilities.
- Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, toileting, hygiene.
- Maintain client safety and dignity with professionalism.
- Observe and report changes in condition to the office team.
- Represent A Place at Home – Encinitas with compassion and respect.
